I'm an odd person. Even though I came from the hot, dry desert, I've always been a hockey fan. For some reason I just love the sport.

In August of this year my lovely daughter, the youngest of the pack, will marry a Canadian boy. Who would have ever guessed? The wedding will be in Vancouver, so the queen and I will finally get a chance to see your beautiful country. We are so looking forward to the trip. I just hope they don't riot because I'm in town.

Having said all that, however, I still hate snow. Cold and me definitely don't get along to well together.

I still think it sounds perfect. I mean, let's be honest, who cares about women's soccer? lol

I am of the opinion that the NHL should not place teams in cities where it doesn't snow or even get cold in the winter. I have a huge thing against all the teams located in the Southern USA.
