Makes Me Proud to be a Winnipegger

I am a Winnipegger and I love it here.

I love the snow at Christmas.

I love the parks.

I love our vast multi-culturalism.

I love our painted Polar Bear statues.

I love the graceful Canada Geese when they fill the sky each fall.

But what makes my heart soar is when someone like THIS bursts onto the scene from my hometown:
