Usually an indoor cat, Dakotah sometimes gets carried into the backyard for a breath of fresh air and a short walk in the grass. Well, the grass has yet to actually sprout, but at least all the snow is gone so I didn't mind giving her a few minutes of freedom on the patio:

That is, until she tried to hightail it away from me. Of course I had only socks on my feet -- which promptly got soaked as I quickly tiptoed thru the yard after the escapee...

I love giving my neighbors something to laugh at.
