Naked
Crap! I couldn't believe it. How could I be so careless?
Must be getting old... to have forgotten something so important.
So personal.
So essential!
I should have headed back home when I discovered my omission; instead I kept driving to work -- reassuring myself I could get through the day without anyone noticing.
Maybe if I hide in my office, I can make it through the day unscathed.
But I had to go out sometime. Away from the privacy and protection of my room.
Luckily, I wasn't called upon for much. I made it and no one even realized. Except me.
I felt naked all day.
I never want to endure something like that again... I learned my lesson alright. Must be more diligent.
That's the last time I'll forget my Blackberry at home.

They're in your pants that you forgot at home too...
I hope it isn't suffering from being left alone all day.
LOL! Amazing how fast we become dependant on all our gadgets.
The horror!
LOL that is how I feel if I forget my phone at home!!!
LOL - Isn't it terrible that we're so lost without our cellphones?? I've carried one since '95 and feel more and more lost without it every year...
My cellphone contact is up on the 17th and just my luck that Alltel is now a part of Verizon, so it looks like I will be joining the Blackberry 'collective' as well in the near future. Resistence is Futile.
Very funny! I'm amazed that I had to read right to the end to see what you'd forgotten - I was thinking maybe hairspray or earrings, silly me!
*GASP* -dun dun DUN- How did you make it thru the day w/o your Crackberry??????
Phew! I thought maybe you were going to horn in on my "nude" post and do one of your own!
I'm glad you made it thru the day. I don't even have a Blackberry.
Between JD, me and you there's far too much nakedness going on.
Wait... I didn't me between the 3 of us like that, I meant between the posts we write. Whew!
Ha ha! I thought you were going to say you had one of those 'naked' dreams!
I was so excited to receive my fridge magnet today. Thank you. It's right next to my Junkdrawer magnet :)
I feel the same way when I forget my cell or watch at home. It takes all of my energy to NOT turn around and go back and get it. I tell myself, I can through without them. But it is so hard!
I forgot to take my Ds Lite with me somewhere once... I nearly died. :P
Maureen:
It's time for you to seek out counseling.
Happy trails.
You have a serious addiction, lol
*Whew* Had me pretty worried there for a minute, Maureen.
VE: Hah! Now for pants, I must admit I would in fact, turn the car around.
Lady Banana: It is awful, but true. Yes, it was just a short time ago that I foolishly stated I didn't need a cellphone. Now I can't go without mobile email, surfing....
Reforming Geek: Ha! It probably was happy for the rest.
Debbie: Yes, I am dependant alright. Way too much.
Horror indeed Badass Geek!
The World As I See It: Glad to read I'm not the only one.
I know Heather. It sure didn't take them long to get a lot of us hooked, eh?
Ha Bruce! Resistance IS futile! One of us. One of us.
Pinklea: Ha! Gotcha! ;) But no, I could easily go without hairspray, and it is rare when I wear earrings.
Jo-Jo: It wasn't easy! Damn long day it was.
Oh JD, no one does nude like you. But I must admit while writing the title, you came to mind (er, that doesn't sound right...) Ahem. Because of your Nude post! Okay, now I have all my readers flocking to your blog...
Ahahahaha Jeff! Yes, between us three there IS a lot of Naked going around!
Oh yay Babs! Glad it got there safe and sound (and rather quickly, really!) Happy you like it!
Vegas Princess: It is hard, but we can do it if we breathe deeply and concentrate on other things until once more we are reunited with our babies. ;)
Ha Tony! Glad you didn't die. Yes daughter loves hers too. Good thing I never learned to use one.
Swubird: I do believe you are right. The first step is admitting you have a problem, right???
Ha Drowsey, they don't call it a Crackberry for nothin!
Janet: :) Ha!
Heh! I thought it was going to be mascara. If I wear nothing else, it has to be that. I lost mine on my trip and had to go to a drugstore--be late to meeting some fellow bloggers--so I could feel "dressed." (Clearly I don't have a Blackberry, or that would make me feel the same way.)
Oh my gosh, I forgot my cell phone in Montgomery, Texas last weekend and my cousins had to mail it to me. I had to go without it for THREE DAYS! Or was it two? You never really realize how dependent you become on those suckers.
